Delivery times for steel and wooden doors
The delivery times below are only an indication of the expected delivery time. No rights can be derived from this. It is possible that some delay may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We have no direct influence on the delivery times and try to keep you informed of the current delivery times at all times.
At the moment the average delivery time is approximately 8-10 weeks (only doors that are immediately available).
Delivery times for custom steel and wooden doors
The delivery time for custom steel or wooden doors is currently 3 to 4 months.
Terms and conditions for custom doors
A custom door cannot be cancelled once it has been put into production. The dimensions can also no longer be adjusted. In production indicates the time that we have ordered the custom door from our foreign producer.
The customer must measure the doors themselves. We strictly adhere to the dimensions specified by the customer and cannot be held liable for incorrect measurements. The risk of this therefore always lies with the customer.
A custom door cannot be returned after delivery, nor can a financial refund be made.
If doors are not installed according to our installation instructions, the door warranty will expire (the warranty on a door is 1 year after delivery).
If there is a production error in the door that requires it to be removed, we cannot be held liable for any additional costs that may arise. Think of damage to the wall (plasterwork) or contractor costs. The door must always be removed and replaced including the frame.
If your door was delivered by our carrier, you should check it for errors or damage. You have three days to report damage to us by e-mail. If we have not received a message after 3 days, we will assume that the door(s) were received undamaged.

To deliver your order quickly and safely, we use the transport services of DHL. For a fixed amount of €59.99 we ensure that your order is delivered to the desired location. This amount covers the costs for shipping, packaging and insurance, so you can wait for your products with peace of mind.

We geven 2 jaar garantie op onze stalen deuren.
De garantie is niet van toepassing op:
- schade door onjuist gebruik of montage
- schade door een derde partij
- waterschade, brandschade of andere externe invloeden
- normale slijtage (zoals krassen)
- schade door verkeerd onderhoud
- verkleuring of corrosie door agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen
