Didn't find the door you were looking for? No worries!
You have the right to return your non-customized products within fourteen (14) days of receipt, without providing a reason. The door must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. This applies to all standard products ordered via stautdeuren.nl.

Is the door not the perfect match for your interior after all? No problem! Return the product, and we will process your refund within 10 business days once it has been received and inspected by us.
Please note: return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Customized products

Customized products purchased via stautdeuren.nl are made to measure according to the specifications you entered. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to these products. The sale is therefore final after successful payment.

Are the products not to your liking or not according to the specifications you entered? Please contact us as soon as possible. By customized products, we mean all products for which specific dimensions are provided.

Filling out a return form is mandatory. Without a completed return form, we cannot process a refund or exchange.
Returns are at your own risk. Ensure sturdy, protective packaging.
Follow the instructions carefully. Only returns that comply with our guidelines are eligible for a refund.

Follow our guide for the smoothest return process ever

Step 1: Think twice

Our doors offer everything you need to complete your interior. Still not satisfied? That's a shame!

Follow these steps.

Step 2: Complete our return form

To process your return, we need some information from you. Please fill out the return form via this link. Once we have received your form, we will contact you to discuss everything and schedule the door collection. You will receive a return label from us with address details, which you can print yourself and stick on the box.

Step 3: packing the parcel

Repack your order and prepare it for shipment. Don't forget to attach the return label to the box. The door must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Final step: Securely close the box and ensure it cannot open during transit. Better safe than sorry!

Step 4: Collection Time

In consultation with you, a time has been scheduled for the collection of the door(s).

We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving and checking the item.
Please note: return costs are at your own expense. Returning doors costs €75 for the first door. If multiple doors need to be returned, the subsequent cost is €20 per door.
