Shipping
Due to their dimensions, our doors cannot be sent with regular parcel services. Shipping is therefore handled via parcel service or carrier. If your ordered door is available from stock, it will normally be scheduled for delivery within 3 weeks.
Transport
To deliver your order quickly and safely, we use a carrier selected by us. For a fixed amount of €79.99, we ensure that your order is delivered to the desired location. This amount covers the costs for shipping, packaging, and insurance, so you can confidently await your products.
With our transport, you can count on:

- Insurance: Your order is insured during transport, so you are always assured of a safe delivery.

Delivery time standard sizes
Currently, the average delivery time is approximately 3 weeks when doors are available from stock. When doors are not in stock, the delivery time is approximately 16 weeks.

Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty on our steel doors.
The warranty does not apply to:
- damage due to incorrect use or installation
- damage caused by a third party
- water damage, fire damage or other external influences
- normal wear and tear (such as scratches)
- damage due to incorrect maintenance
- discoloration or corrosion due to aggressive cleaning agents
